I like the advices given for the issues found. I dislike the lack off options for my Nissan Leaf ZE0.

Everything from ordering off of the website to getting updates of my order status by email has been easy and prompt. Definitely made the process of buying and know where my order is painless and clear.

I couldn't get used to the Carly diagnostic device. have not received any data on live engine data, no data on service and maintenance. reading out the battery check does not result in any data, nor does an overly reliable engine diagnosis. For me, the diagnostic device is not usable. reading out the diagnosis resulted in error codes which cannot be read and which cannot be explained by Mercedes workshops. Unfortunately I can only give a star rating of two stars.

Support was quick and very informative. Delivery was fast and I could easily track my order. App and scanner worked for my car great, all I needed to do was available. As a hint for new clients: before ordering, I checked on the Carly website all the available features for my car model, so I was prepared and well-informed. Had a Carly for a few years now. Only use it a few times a year. Bought a new car... well new to me. Had a issue with it got a quote to fix from dealer 1400$ I ran the Carly with the mechanic add on. It told me exactly what I need to do and the order to do it in. It was a 28$ sensor that I changed myself in 15 min. I would recommend this tool to anyone who can do basic maintenance and has cars that might need the odd thing fixed up.

EML on continuously. Carly scan says all ok but it obviously isn't. I contacted service, they gave me a case number.....
Nothing since, over 24hrs.
I paid extra to get a full version thinking that could be the problem, waste of money.

New to using Carly. Getting use to features and finding out 24 hour wait for battery info. Some features I thought would be able to use are not available.

Carly arrived in good time. I was able to use it easily and when I diagnosed my sisters car it found a few faults, I was able to clear the faults and now I know what the problem is. Thanks Carly

Absolutely not worth the price, if the price was for a permanent access, it would be alright, but at this point it is really difficult to recommend Carly. Payment every year for 100 usd, when you can get permanent acess to data on some other brands for 300 total is borderline a scam. The functionality is not bad tho.

Beware North Americans they don’t provide any shipping date because of carrier company they dealing with I’ve been waiting for 5 days and the got my money and they keeping me waiting to get my item shipped even I asked for refund and cancellation they don’t answer I highly don’t recommend I got a bad experience

Company is very good and also the diagnosis software as well. I have only one ask for you: It will be possibly to get a Spanish language version. Thanks a lot

I use the previous version I am satisfied, I have a lot of possibilities to modify the launch of hidden options as well as car diagnosis, easy to use, the new version will make it easier to connect and I will be able to use it on the iPhone

I have just received mi Carly . It doesn’t have my Mazda 6 listed in its searches. When I ordered the device they where informed which car I had. So far it’s been a waist of my time and money. If Carly sort this out I will let you know how and how quick they where.

Don't believe the positive reviews, it's all part of the scam. Only guarantee with this product is you'll NEVER get your money back. It's a impossible process, even through PayPal! Just when you think you've won your case, it's a false return address and the parcel will be sent directly back to you again. More money wasted on a crap product which doesn't work. Just donate your hard earned money to a charity!
